A Platform Built
Around Capital Judgment

Apollo Prime Capital is an independent real-asset investment platform based in Dubai.

The firm was established to serve sophisticated capital seeking structured exposure to real assets through clearly defined strategies, disciplined execution, and long-term orientation.

We operate with a single guiding principle:
capital should be allocated with intent, patience, and accountability.

Rather than pursuing scale for its own sake, the platform is designed around separation of capital objectives, ensuring that income, growth, and opportunistic allocations are managed independently and without compromise.

Philosophy

We believe real assets require:

  • operational control

  • risk awareness

  • governance discipline

  • alignment of interest

Our role is not to chase capital, but to steward it responsibly.

Founder

Apollo Prime Capital was founded by Yinnon Shraga, an investment operator and capital steward with extensive experience across real-asset transactions, structuring, and execution in multiple jurisdictions.

Yinnon established the platform out of a clear conviction: that long-term capital performance is driven less by volume and speed, and more by judgment, discipline, and accountability at every stage of the investment lifecycle.

His background spans direct asset acquisition, renovation and repositioning strategies, investor representation, and hands-on operational oversight. This operator-first perspective shapes Apollo Prime Capital’s approach—where strategy is grounded in execution reality, and governance is embedded into daily decision-making rather than applied retroactively.

As Founder and Principal, Yinnon remains closely involved in capital allocation decisions, structure design, and risk assessment, ensuring full alignment between the platform, its strategies, and the capital entrusted to it.

Apollo Prime Capital reflects his belief that real-asset investing is not a transactional activity, but a long-term responsibility—one that demands clarity of intent, patience in execution, and consistency over cycles.
